Tiny Natalia arrived at the shelter as a stray with a broken leg. They called us to see if we could help her, and we took her to the vet, where she was examined, x-rayed, splinted, and sent home for two weeks of cage rest. Sadly, Natalia died a few days later from internal injuries she had also suffered at the time of her accident; injuries that didn’t show up in the x-rays or during the exam.

If you would like to help us give more bunnies like Natalia another chance, please make a donation to the Friendly Farms Medical Fund at the Avian and Exotic Clinic of the Monterey Peninsula. All donations go towards medical care. Thank you for your support!

Starbuck is a sweet girl who loves to be petted! She has been spayed and is ready to go home with the right family.

Things are really hopping right now at the SPCA for Monterey County with all of the adorable bunnies looking for loving homes!

Randy is a cute lionhead/lop mix who is very curious and outgoing.

With two hoarding cases plus the usual owner surrenders and strays, they have over 50 rabbits! You will only see about 10 at a time in the small animal room, so keep coming back if you don’t find the bunny of your dreams the first visit!

Puff is a darling little girl who has been waiting for the right person to come along since February.

The SPCA is open for adoptions everyday, including many holidays. Their adoption hours are 11am – 5pm Monday through Friday, 11am – 4pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Looking for cute? Eleanor’s got it!

They are located on Hwy. 68 across from Laguna Seca Raceway.

Hamilton is an active young boy who would love to delight you with his playful antics!

Contact the SPCA or Friendly Farms for more information about these wonderful bunnies!

Jon doesn’t let the paparazzi ruin his snack time.
